365 Blue Vacations is a privately managed fractional ownership rental agency.

I have lived in Breckenridge over 20 years and spent 13 of those as General Manager of Hyatt Residence Club Main Street Station. My company, 365 Blue Vacations, has insight into how fractional ownership works as well as what works best should you rent your time.

If you’re unable to use your week, have extra points or need to re-coup yearly maintenance dues, that is where we excel. We will work with you to capture the most revenue for your home away from home.

Digital Presence

After you sign the contract, your villa will be featured on all 365 Blue Vacations social media channels, website, and third-party channels.

How does it work?

Once your reservation is confirmed and the contract is signed, we will immediately list your villa.

A guest certificate will need to be purchased by you once a renter is secured. The certificate can be purchased in the guest’s name online or through customer service.

You will receive payment at the close of the month your guest vacates the property.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payment is required in full at time of booking.

Guests receive 50% refund if cancellation occurs 60 days before arrival. There are no refunds within 60 days of arrival.

All rental guests are offered travel insurance at time of booking.
