How quickly will you be able to get my property rented?

We will list your property as soon as a contract is signed.

How do you handle repairs?

Repairs are handled by the Resort, should the guest need anything repaired in the unit, they can call the desk.

When do I get my rental proceeds?

At the close of the month that your guest vacates the property.

What if my tenant doesn’t pay?

We take full payment 30 days before arrival at which time reservations are non-cancellable.

How do I get the reservation in the tenant’s name?

You will be asked to call Member Services or use your online portal to purchase a guest certificate.
