The Resort is conveniently located on Peak 7.  The Grand lodge is steps from the Independence Super chair and sits on the BreckConnect Gondola route turn station, providing direct access to Peak 8 and Historic Downtown Breckenridge.

The four-bedroom Residence provides approximately 2,400 square feet and is comprised of two one-bedroom residence and two locked-off suite residences.  Featuring plush king bed in each bedroom, 4 queen sleeper sofas in the living area with gas fireplace, washer/dryer, flat screen state of the art LCD TV, two fully equipped kitchens, 2 extra kitchenettes and private balcony. 

The resort features an on-site restaurant called Sevens, and the pampering Soothe day spa. The concierge service can help you experience all the adventures the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
