This company was recommended by another Hyatt owner who was also unable to use their points due to Covid travel restrictions. As soon as we made contact they were very confident about finding a buyer for our Unit. They suggested properties, dates, and configurations of the points that would be the most popular before we made the booking and handed it over to them. We are delighted with the service and the amount that we received. If we hadn’t used them, the points and our membership dues would have simply gone to waste. The other major plus point is that they really know the properties that they are selling on. This means that both the owners who can’t use their points and the guests who get the 5* vacation, benefit from locals who are friendly, knowledgeable, and really on the ball.
